I loved that we dealt with one person who was fantastic. He explained everything that the company will do and since we were seniors we even got a discount on the labor. The actual workers were very professional, clean and did the job in two and a half days. I also would add responsiveness and punctuality since the company answered my request in the same day and the workers worked from 8 in the morning to dark.
